Ingredients
Grated cucumber - 1 cup
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon [Three Fourths of a teaspoon]
Curd - 1 cup [200 ml]
Preparation
- Grate the cucumber
- Drain the cucumber water that comes during grating
- Add salt to cucumber
- Mix this with curd
- Optional : Saute 1/2 teaspoon of mustard & ulutham paruppu (urid dhal) in half teaspoon of gingely oil. Mix this with curd
