Vaazhai Thandu Pachadi (Banana Stem Raita)


Banana Stem - 1/2 feet [Half feet]
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Curd - 1 cup [200 ml]
Green chilly - 3
Grated Coconut - 1 tablespoon


  1. Chop banana stem into medium size pieces
  2. Put this in mixer grinder container
  3. Add coconut, salt and green chilly
  4. Grind this nicely
  5. Mix this with curd

    for this dish do we need to boil the vazhaithandu??? bcz if we grind it raw doesnt give raw smell know??? awaiting your reply
