Rava Dosa batter
Ingredients
Rava - 1 cup
Wheat flour or Maida flour - 1/2 cup (Half cup)
Rice flour - 3/4 cup (Three-fourths of a cup)
Sour Curd - 1 cup
Green chilly - 5, finely chopped
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
Water
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Cashewnuts
Ginger (optional)
Preparation
- Mix the Rava, Wheat (or) Maida flour and Rice flour
- Mix Salt, Asafoetida and Sour Curd
- Add water and mix
- Add chopped green chilly, jeera, pepper, cashew nuts & ginger
- Let the mix be watery than dosa batter
- Leave this batter for 2 to 3 hours
- Prepare dosa in dosa tawa
