Ingredients
For 6 chappathis :
Wheat flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Gingely oil - 2 teaspoon
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients
- Sprinkle water and prepare a dough
- Beat the dough in a basin for 10 minutes
- Prepare small balls from the dough
- Add wheat flour and expand the ball
- Heat the expanded dough in a flat pan
Dough can be prepared 2 hours in advance. Chappathi will be soft
