For 6 chappathis :

Wheat flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Gingely oil - 2 teaspoon


  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Sprinkle water and prepare a dough
  3. Beat the dough in a basin for 10 minutes
  4. Prepare small balls from the dough
  5. Add wheat flour and expand the ball
  6. Heat the expanded dough in a flat pan
Dough can be prepared 2 hours in advance. Chappathi will be soft
For preparing immediately, use warm water during dough making.
